Ya! met 239. New goal is keep it at it under 239 for at least a week. I have a tendency to yoyo from here to 241. My real goal is now 235, but I'm not sure if I am that hopeful yet.
108.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
