Ok so I’m restarting this as just a way to avoid a weight loss plateau, that way I know what I’m eating. I wanna make sure to weight myself once a week and keep track of progress.
86.9 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 25.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
