I intermittent fadted til only 11:35 a.m. and broke my fast with Lindora low carb pancakes with chocolate chips and walnuts cooked in coconut oil. Next meal was around 3:30 p.m. and was organic baby spinach salad with deli sliced chicken breast and warmed spinach artichoke dip for dressing. I am not sure how soon afterwards my stomach started to ache. By 9:00 p.m. I decided to eat some carbs and fat--a hand full of tortilla chips and oatnut bread with unsalted butter. I usually don't eat so late but my stomach ache went away and I was able to keep sitting for a goid while before laying down for bed.
110.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 43.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Only made it to 20 hour fast and broke fadt with shelled pistachios and Laird creamer in coffee.

20 Hour fast is still very impressive. Ive only done past 20 once
