I frickin' HATE fluctuating weight and constipation! :)

Today was the day I had planned to post "Never again 140's!", celebrating that I am now in the 139 kg weigh group.

But of course, I had to not be able to doo-doo and therefore not lose weight. Dammit. I am back up at 141, and though I know that it is VERY temporary (suddenly in a couple of days it will just have disappeared - and then some), I was really looking forward to that announcement. Oh well. I will see it as motivation to move A LOT today, and get this over with. Prunes have been eaten to fix constipation, and hopefully things will go smooth.

Life is good.
141 kg Lost so far: 14 kg.    Still to go: 56 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
