As predicted, after hitting my weight loss goal and trying on that new weight for a few months and getting comfortable in my new body and new shape, I’ve decided to tweak my goal a bit. If I hadn’t lost weight accidentally on vacation I probably would’ve taken longer to lower my goal. I’m going to take it easy though and decide after every 5 lbs. I had told myself after vacation that I’d go to 115, but that came all too fast so I lowered that to 110 lbs. I’m not going to heavily restrict again (which I have for the past two days). My goal is to restrict to around 800-1000 cal a day so it takes 2 weeks give or take to hit my new goal. I forgot how happy dieting makes me 😘
51.5 kg Lost so far: 32.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
