My low was short lived, but that's OK. I ate more bread than usual yesterday...2 slices for my BLT & my burger bun for dinner. Both meals were tasty so no regrets. I also ate almost 1900 calories...a tiny bit over my allowed 1800. After dinner I was close but still wanted dessert. And not just any dessert ☺ I wanted peach yogurt AND a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie. I compromised & had a small serving of the frozen yogurt....less than 1/2 cup & half a cookie. I ate the yogurt with a tiny spoon 😊 To make it last longer. That kept my dessert calories under 200.

It's interesting that I planned burgers & baked beans for dinner. Hubby said "Is that all? No fries...no salad ? " I told him...."That's all." Anyway after we ate I asked if he was still hungry and wanted something else. He told me actually he was fine & didn't want more. I figured with the bun, cheese & all the fixins that would be plenty to fill us up. And I was right.

I worked out in the gardens this morning....sprayed Grass B Gone in the front where I'm trying to grow ground cover & flowers, but keep getting assorted weedy grasses as well. I pulled weeds, planted some Cosmos seed (hopefully I get flowers for awhile before the cold. It's likely cause it usuallystays warm into September & even October here). I planted a mix of pinks & white in a bed where I already have gold. Everthing got a good watering, I moved few pots around & Hubby mowed the grass. Then I made myself a fruit smoothie for "lunch". I enjoy smoothies but sometimes I find myself wanting something I actually have to chew later. I have enough calories I'll have some popcorn later if that's the case.

I'm cooking Tilapia for dinner. I have a yellow squash I need to cook & there are leftover green beans in the fridge. Maybe I'll throw in a few oven fries for Hubby 😊
64.9 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
