I’m thinking to reset my goal officially. I had reset it my mind to 115 but this morning I was at 115.6 so in my mind I’ve test it to 110.

I read your other posts about your past eating disorders, so I urge you to kindly choose a healthy weight and stick with that and no swaying out of healthy range :) Congratulations and enjoy life now that you have one thing in check, move on to the next! :)

I’ve researched what my weight range for my height and it’s 99-121. So I’m still well within my healthy range. I do understand what you’re saying and where you’re coming g from. Believe me, I’m so afraid that I’m slipping back into my anorexia and that mind set as I’ve already thought about lowering my goal from 110 to 99 (I hate triple digits lol) but I’m holding off on that.
