Woo Hoo Who would have thought that sleep would help you lose weight?!? The past couple of weeks I haven't gotten much sleep (did't update the exercise journal for sleep), and this past week I have been trying to get more sleep nightly. Of course, it also helped that I watched my food choices closer and made better choices!
I plan on continuing on this path . . .
I just looked at my weight history - GREEN LINE!!! Blue line is now 1 step away!!!!
