for the last few days my weight hasn't changed at all. I had to stop exercising last week due to "auntie coming to town". hahaha. I have to admit from the time I increased my water consumption my cramps are not that bad anymore. Now auntie is gone I can go back to my exercise routine and on my way to loosing more and more unwanted fats. I almost lost 5 kg in 10 days just by cutting out carbs and eating good healthy foods. I am impressed!
