5.2 pounds gone for the week. Fasting for that long wasn't as hard I thought it would be. This week is alternate day fasting. Stopped at 8 p.m. Sunday, start again Tuesday at noon. Continue the other days,i.e. no food Wednesday, Friday, or Sunday.
I want to see the difference in weight loss and in hunger.
110.0 kg Lost so far: 23.0 kg.    Still to go: 57.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
