I just looked at a couple pictures of me 2 months ago. I have come so far without realizing it and boy am I proud! Finally lost most of my extra fat. Makes me more motivated to diet!
51.5 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
