I did it. This is the heaviest I’ve ever been. Completely undid everything that I worked for last year. Not having gym access has totally shot my motivation, and now I’m just angry with myself.
114.6 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 23.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.8 kg a Week

Just think ahead. Ease yourself back into daily activity and track your energy intake to see what you could do to get into a sustainable deficit. You cannot change what you did in the past. You can do it!

Keyten77, I’m up over 40lbs from last Nov. It’s way more than 6 lbs... 😖

Well, I know you are disappointed but you can't give up! You just make a new plan starting from here and recommit. Don't know what eating plan you follow but I'd like to recommend Dr. Jason Fung and the Obesity Code. Changed a lot of people's lives. (See YouTube also) Don't get down on yourself!
