Ugh took Lasix and Potassium
Taking prednisone
Infusion yesterday so full SLE flare today. I’m really going to pinch calories today for real.
Went over calories back to starvation mode. I’m not going to go back up. I am exercising more and I know muscle weighs, but gaining and losing for 2-3 lbs is water. I’m discussing this all with my Rheumatologist next month. Hope you all have a great day. 💯🌞
86.7 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
