Fasting blood sugar 143; weight 176.3; blood pressure 140/80
Plan for the day: Continue IF and Keto. Supper at son's tonight. I will try to eat carefully. Lunch today was after 3 pm so I won't be very hungry for BBQ this evening.
Have lost nearly 10 pounds since I started FS again in June. My clothes are beginning to fit more loosely even if I haven't gone down a size yet. Looking forward to the time when I can get rid of all size XL.
