I took a sick day yesterday. No leaving the house at all.
This means of course not much moving around, and probably not drinking all my water either. Dinner was a pizza sandwich (which is not as bad as it sounds) and I managed to stay within my calories.
However, I think a 300g weight loss is not too unexpected. Oh well, it will probably be gone by tomorrow.
Life is good. :)
