oops! back on the wrong border again, been a trying time lately. my dads not well, and starts chemo tomorrow, so have a journey ahead of us. as a result i havent been eating or exercising consistantly and hence the need for border control to step up. plan to get some exercise in this week if only to clear the head. cheers to a good week all.
