I think I need to get a new scale or learn how to calibrate mine. I have a digital scale (supposed to be good). It's on a flat surface but when I used it this morning (3x) every time my weight was different. Within 5 minutes so not just water weight difference.
I was fasting for 3 days. I didn't over eat calories or carbs. Just TOM in the beginning of the week/end of last. My GKI didn't go higher than 3.3, no ketosis lower than 1.7. I do feel bloated so I MIGHT be retaining water. I'm also going to see if something I'm eating doesn't agree with me and weight loss.
It happens, time to move on and keep going. I'll try to fast longer this time and see what happens.
112.3 kg Lost so far: 20.6 kg.    Still to go: 60.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
