I am no longer considered obese, just overweight. I lost 40lbs. I should see if my blood pressure has changed. I have heard that just a 10lbs loss can result in lower blood pressure. Has anyone done this? I love to hear about it.

Lost 60 lbs and off cholesterol meds, pcp cut bp meds in half because it was too low. Triglycerides 77. It does work.

Lost 75 lbs. was on daily BP medicine. I am med free now and pressure is great. I have even seen an improvement in my asthma, and allergies. Keep up the good work, it is worth it.
