Been eating lotsa cottage cheese; lifting regularly as well.
Slow & steady. Frozen yoghurt w/toppings (choco raisins, graham, cone pieces, kiwi, etc) as official cheat. But a small slice of pizza and 3sodas (36 ozs orange) non-official.

My free day (i.e. muscle growth, at rest) from lifting is Saturdays. I lift limitedly & considerably light (compared to 2.5+ yrs ago) in the interest of awakening, confirming and maintaining healthy muscles throughout my bod and not damaging any parts...AND not tempting neglect.
So far, so good.
