Super frustrating... there's no way I gained 4 lb over the last few days but the scale going up is super discouraging. I feel like I write this update all the time. It's hard to keep up motivation... Maybe I just need to cut calories lower but in the moment I just don't/can't do it. It's hard to have self control when seeing no results or actually negative results. I feel like I will never get control of my weight, body, and appetite. I'm honestly upset. I hate that this is such a struggle. I know these feelings will not help me but it's how I feel lately. I felt like I was doing well last week, was able to feel full and satisfied under my calorie target but then boom, back up... ugh. I kind of want to stop weighing myself as much however I've done weekly weigh-in's in the past and not seeing results or going up after a weeks work is also discouraging. My body fluctuates so much it's hard to tell if it's even working... I've bounced around the same 5 lb. for nearly 2 months. I hate this.
