Yesterday, I upped my calorie intake to 2500, in an attempt to avoid weight loss stagnation. I have been stuck in the 142's a while, and not able to go lower. Today, the scale said 141.5! I am not sure still if this is coincidental or not, but I will try to stick to 2500 Cal per day for the next week and see where it takes me. Life is good.
141.5 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 56.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
