Hello. I haven't been on for a few days.....been busy over the holiday but enjoyed it thoroughly. And I was good. I didn't eat over yesterday. We had hamburgers last night and I ate two because I like them so much and I've been so good. Looks like they didn't hurt me because I've gone down 2.4 lbs this week. Very happy about that. We're going out with friends tomorrow night for dinner. I looked up what I could have so I wouldn't go over. It all depends on where we go. I don't mind the fat and calories so much as I do the sodium. It's amazing how much there is in food. My hubby likes Jersey Mike's but the sodium in some of their sandwich is 1000 over what I'm supposed to have in one day (2000)! He doesn't care. He says he wants to be happy and enjoy his life. I ask him "Even if that means living two months eating whatever as opposed to 20 years eating decently?" He says yes. smh....... I just want to feel healthy and stop hurting so much. It's only been 13.2 lbs so far, but I can feel a difference already. I just want to keep going. I'm not giving up.
124.3 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 42.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Wow! Well done! I can't wait till I start losing. I'm quite lucky I guess because my mum is trying to lose weight too so we both choose low cal meals to have at home and when we go out. But stick at it and I'm sure you'll get there! I'm yet to start losing! But that all changes this week:)

Thanks, Elizabeth. I know you'll lose...you just started. And it helps when you have someone to share everything with and work out meals, too. You'll do great. I've met several people here who are helping me and I have a friend here at home who's losing with me so that helps a lot. We don't have to do this alone. Thanks for the kind words and GOOD LUCK!!

Good for you!! You seem to have a great attitude, and that helps so much. 2.4 lbs down for the week and 13.2 so far is great! You should be proud of yourself, you're working hard. It's hard when your hubby doesn't feel the same way as you about getting healthy. My hubby is kind of that way, but he's getting better the more he realizes he's not 18 anymore. At least you are doing something good for yourself, and maybe that will inspire him to eventually join you. Good luck!!
