In spite of a bad night with insomnia, fasting A.M. blood glucose was 169 (It was 109 at bedtime last night.) Weight 177.6 . About 3 am I finally got up, had cup of hot cocoa, tried to sleep on couch. Went back to bed at 4 am and did sleep. I hate a night like that!
Plan for the day is to continue intermittent fasting and work on Keto. Calories 1284; net carbs 42; fiber 8.5; macros 15/67/18. Walked about a mile this evening but didn't ride my exercise bike today.
80.6 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
