Monday morning fasting blood sugar: 179; weight: 177.2. Sunday was my day off from fasting, so I expected weight to go up. Back to intermittent fasting today. I made Keto cream cheese pancakes with blueberries for breakfast. Recipe: Beat together 2 eggs and 2 tbsp cream cheese with 1 pkg stevia and cinnamon. Cook in butter 2 minutes per side. Heat 1/3 c. frozen blueberries in microwave for syrup. Pancakes: Calories 344; fat 29g carbs 3g. Plus whatever fruit used. I used blueberries today. Last week it was strawberries. Taste is fabulously decadent, but still keto.
Update: macros 11/78/11; calories 1528; net carbs 31.36; fiber 9.7 Having a little more trouble sticking to IF today because I took the day off yesterday. It doesn't help that while I wait for hubby to be ready to walk, I can smell the delicious watermelon he just brought out of the garden and is slicing!
80.4 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
