Much fluctuations with apple pe and varying icecreams. My son even prepared all day smoked brisket for an amazing dinner Saturday... that my Texican cousin hearty approved of.

64.5 kg Lost so far: 20.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
