This is what happens when you go out to eat for the whole day 😂

I didn’t do much exercise at all, and ate waaaaaaaaaaaayyyyy too much. But that’s okay! I was in a great place all day with my family. I might feel a little bloated now, but food is too delishlish.

I’m gonna remain positive and keep going! Hopefully this minor setback will lead to major COMEBACKS 👊
53.2 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
