I've gradually gone up 1.6 lbs. in the past few days. Still under goal but, I'm losing my cushion 😐 I'm sure eating frozen pizza last night didn't help. I had 2 slices (half a medium pizza) @ 600 calories. Plus salad....and wine. I was at just over 1800 calories yesterday (my goal). I'm not overly concerned....just some observations. I know a day or 2 of veggies & low cal protein like chicken or fish will push me right back down.

I repackaged pork chops from Costco to freeze earlier. Just over 6 lbs. portioned at 2 chops for 6 meals. I remember when I probably would have cooked at least half of the package & eaten maybe 2 chops myself. I am definitely a carnivore so I'll still eat one chop that's around 8 oz. That's bone in...so maybe a little less. I do balance it out by eating chicken or fish several days a week. We seldom do meatless meals....Hubby likes his meat.

We've invited our neighbors over for cocktails this afternoon. We'll sit apart like we have done when we joined them down by the river. We haven't gotten together lately...the weather didn't permit outdoor sitting then they've been busy doing work around the house. It's hot but fairly pleasant in the shade.
It will be nice to visit with them 😊

I left 2 chops out to cook for dinner. That and some Kale salad will be a nice dinner.

65.3 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
