Wow, the weight keeps dropping. Ate 1 plum, 1 banana, 1 apple, 3 cups watermelon, 1/4 cup blueberries and 8 cherries, with usual supplements. Figure about 375 cals.. Work out consisted of 110 sit-ups and 53 push-ups. It must be the increased exercise as well as the low cal. diet, obviously, but I think that my doubling of my exercise routine is the main reason for this rapid loss. So as much as I don't like it, I'll keep working-out till it hurts. Cheers
89.8 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
