I’ve started weight training.. is it normal to gain?
69.1 kg Lost so far: 29.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week

Well a # of muscle is same as # of Fat, but muscle is more dense and takes up less room in your body, so get the tape measure out Gurl !!! You could gain weight, but I would you rather have muscle that Fat ?? :-)
