Had 2 apples, cabbage with tomato sauce & supplements, about 350 cals.. Upped work-out to 50 push-ups and 100 sit-ups. Sure wish I found work outs enjoyable. But, as they say "no pain, no gain". Ouch.
92.1 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
