Feeling stronger today. Tested the waters by going for a 5AM run (part of my new regime). It was wonderful to get out before anyone. My run was a well groomed gravel pit and then on to freshly groomed grass trail (groomed by me yesterday. Mosquitoes annoying on the grass but hitting groomed grass instead of packed gravel was heavenly. Met our majestic stag with his velvety new antlers... which one of my dogs chased into the hills. Good to be feeling healthy again.
64.6 kg Lost so far: 20.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

early morning is a great time to get out in the fresh air, i agree. nobody up but the local critters and the sunshine. glad to see you had a good morning. 👍☺

Your trails are an envy! I started one in my back area but it needs considerably more grooming and a lot less water! Glad you are feeling better. I had a baby coyote in my rock garden yesterday afternoon. Animals are such a perk for living here.
