I continue measure my weight every day as well as my waist. I feel I need to get something more reliable tools moving forward but I have some basic staff which is good enough to track my progress. Today my waist was less then 39 inches which is really cool 🙂
85.2 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
