I put on my dance clothes today and felt like screeching EWWWWWWWW at myself. That’s not the most positive reaction, but I think it might be just the motivation I need.

Might post some huge weight loss updates soon!!!

Good Luck, it’s always great to put on your favourite clothes to see where you stand & how it feels.. That’s why I am more aware of how much I eat🙂
