DAY 8 BootCamp

Lost 1 lb! Yay!

Still sneaking in some sugar-will work harder to get to zero. I really thin k I will lose weight if I can be rid of sugar and refined carbs.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
