Morning fasting blood sugar:191; weight: 178.3 Plan for the day: Eat Keto, eat IF, ride exercise bike 45 minutes.
Update: I did ride the exercise bike 45 minutes today and it was also cool enough that we walked 1.2 mile. Added a little excursion down into neighbors hay meadow to see if any deer were hanging around. No luck. But the sunset was beautiful, turning the clouds red, orange, pink, and mauve. At least there were clouds -- tiny possibility of rain.
Macros: 9/76/15; net carbs 37.40; 1905 calories.
80.9 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 15.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
