I planned to take off the week end from IF. Results for Saturday were bad so I switched back to IF on Sunday. So today I am eating only between 9 am and 4 pm. Hopefully Monday morning will put me back where I was!
Walked 1.2 mile this evening and rode exercise bike 30 minutes this afternoon. macros 14/74/12 today, net carbs 32.66, fiber 6.4, 1144 calories.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

sounds good! I was trying to eat between 11am - 6pm but just had some seeds and it is 6:50pm but I think it will be ok, just need to stay away from the jar the rest of the night :-)

I imagine that 50 minutes shouldn't make a big difference in your results -- it probably depends on what you eat, but seeds should be good for you. I am finding I can skip supper and evening snack easier the more frequently I do this. Makes me wonder if a lot of our cravings are just from habit, or maybe just mouth hungry.
