Yesterdays food intake; 3 homemade naan, 1/2 lbs. whiting filet, 1/4 lbs. squid,
2 ounces lox, 1 grapefruit, 2 tbls. light cream cheese, 2 ounces dubliner cheese, handful blueberries. Figure about 1250 cals. total + supplements, no exercises. Will probably fast today.
93.0 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
