It is a bit too much to take in. The diet world is kinda crazy. If you want to get to your goal and stay there, best to not take shortcuts or very extreme dieting or exercise. The direction matters, the speed doesn’t. Who cares if you lose 10 pounds in 3 days and then gain it back and even more?

Try not to take out some foods that you enjoy (even if they are unhealthy) focus on overall. I hope this helps you.
