Light Bfast and lunch....healthy dinner. Weights twice a week, will get into more cardio as well. Would like to be at 250 by the end of July with a good effort.
120.2 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
