I started my challenge last night and I tell you what, I can definitely tell it has been awhile....LOL!! I am so sore in my legs today, but it is so great! We had so much fun and I think this will definitely keep our interest! I am looking forward to getting home tonight and working out again, the only thing I don't like is the fact that I am not a morning person so I have to weigh myself at the end of each day, which might be ok if I do it at the same time every day...we will soon see I guess! I am really happy with my decision to join this challenge and can't wait to see the results! I know that even though I got on the scale last night at 5:00 I am still at a pretty steady weight! Wish me luck and good luck to all of you too!

If you don't want to weigh yourself at night (which I wouldn't do), just weigh yourself as soon as you get up and make sure it's on an empty stomach. I think that will be a better indicator of what your weight truly is.

Good luck w/the challenge!! I know you will do just fine with it. I hear ya girl on the sore part. Actually I knew when I went back yesterday to do aerobics even though I was extremely sore, I would feel much better today and I do other than just being very tired.
