So yesterday I fell for Ritz crackers after I ate a bowl of beef soup. Don't know why I started except they were handy and I wasn't satisfied after eating the soup. For one thing I didn't even allow 20 minutes ro reassess. So today's a new day. The Ritz crackers are gone. I am to remember "don't even start" "Just say 'no' to the urge. Go do something.
