I’ve been having a hard time and binging lately. I need to re center, but the brain gremlin keeps trying to cover up the fact that I have made progress! I have made so much progress since a year ago. Tomorrow will be better. Tonight I’ll watch something funny and lighthearted and video chat my partner and have a good time. Everything in small steps.
