Stayed the same. Somewhat disappointed since I did 500 calories in workout yesterday and was proud of myself. Maybe it is the process, I won't let it get in my head and will keep the good work. Also, it is off that my period is late 4 days, but I will just wait.
74.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
