disappointing scale reading today for sure... i know there is no way i gained that much weight and it is water retention but dang, if that isnt discouraging i dunno what is... i've been bouncing around the same 5 lb for a long time now, it makes it feel pointless to even try... i know i just need to keep going but yah, feeling extra not into it today. blah.
