tempting temptations every where... hubby been sick with flu... gotta get him better for our Trip to Nashville at teh end of the week.
killed the diet... hospitial waiting rooms with nothing but junk in the machines... go in for flu symptoms and stay there from 5 pm till 4:30 am the next morning...geesh!

69.4 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
