Yesterday, we went to see my brother and his family. That meant of course eating different foods and not being able to count my calories precisely. However, I did it as accurate as possible, and I think I did good.

However, today I have not lost any weight, but gained a little. I will assume this is due to me not drinking enough water, and eating differently.

Tomorrow will be better, and I will probably have lost for both today and yesterday.

Life is good.
143 kg Lost so far: 12 kg.    Still to go: 58 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
