i have noticed several others with increases in weight so I wanted to try be inspirational to you all.

Please don't get down with increases of up to 1kg... I have been weighing myself morning and night for a while and ita incresible to see how much the body fluxtuates ib this time. I have gained over 1kg in a day but the next morning I'm back down by 1kg. fluctuations happen (especially for us women and our drastic hormone changes).
so don't beat yourself down, restrict yourself from having a treat, think you are failing at your goal based on small increases of weight. be sensible but don't restrict yourself from having a few treats on occasion and most of all keep happy. life isn't worth being miserable over what you can't eat.

Chestnut men have hormone changes too. And i hope to not be making men feel like this wasn't meant for them.

Astronomyphilly not sure I could give up my scales but i think thats the engineer mind wanting A LOT of data points. I use tape measures to be the data I use for how im really doing. I lost 3-4 inches off my waist and that is more of a win than the 4kg I lost to achieve it.
