Had not been good the last week and my weight popped up 9 lbs, nothing major I did other than a day of indulgence.

But got back on the wagon, had no sugar no flour no chips no popcorn no alcohol all week and looks like it is paying off.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 25.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
