Very surprised to be under 150 lbs. I expected to gain weight, since I started eating normally last week! Sometimes my body reacts a bit slowly, so I expect to gain some weight back in the weeks to come. My clothes don't fit any looser, so maybe I am just becoming flabby.

I tried a fudge recipe from Hey Keto Mama that is really good. This fudge does not melt all over my fingers like the other keto fudge recipes I tried. I still keep it in the fridge though. Really great with coffee. Aside from this, I still eat the same thing: ground beef, some cole slaw style salad, keto coffee, eggs, bacon and cheese with mushrooms and olives, a good steak with veggies and a glass of wine on Saturdays, sometimes some chicken wings or a no-bun Baconator when I feel like takeout. I also have some chicken thighs that I left in the fridge to marinate that I planning on eating tomorrow.

My period (not just spotting) has started again a few days ago. I am tracking everything to see if there are significant changes, if my uterus is adjusting well to the embolization. I don't seem to bleed as much, but only time will tell if there will be stabilization.

I have not taken my blood pressure a lot this week (I don't take it when I feel pain). It was super low (under 100) one day, then became super high (mid 130s) the other day. I hope it is not due to Covid exposure when I was in the hospital. I have also tried to cut in half my ARB so that I can decrease the slightly painful swelling I have been having around my eyes in the past few years since I started the ARB, so my body may also be reacting to this.

Nice day today, not so much tomorrow. I hope I can go out sometime today.
