🎢⤴🎢⤵ Up & down, but staying close to goal. I'm coming up on 1 year since I started my current journey to better health....and 4 months since I hit goal 😊 I actually discovered Fat Secret in June of 2011. I lost about 30 lbs. but didn't maintain over the years. This time I'm actually 10 lbs. less than I ever got to in previous years. I'm working to make it stick this go round. I don't really remember what caused me to get careless and squander all my hard work, but I'm liking where I am now & planning to stay there ☺

I'm a little bummed that tonight our community is resuming the monthly concert in the park & we're not going. Hubby doesn't feel we can safely stay distanced from everyone so won't take the chance. Also, the community fireworks display has been cancelled for tomorrow night. The local merchants usually sponsor it but with so many of them being closed for several months during the quarantine the money wasn't there.

I've been trying to watch the cardinal family in the nest. It's a bit harder since the nest is concealed by the leaves. I have been able to see Mama & Daddy flying back & forth with food.

I have a project....we ordered 2 new Adirondack chairs for our patio area. The ones I have now are red but it seems all the affordable ones have been sold out in red. I found some in slate grey (our house is grey) so we bought them. I'm going to paint the planters red & get red pillows.

Salmon & shrimp for dinner. Time to cook 😊
